Hunting on Purpose was born from a simple realization: hope isn't a strategy, purpose is.

Like many hunters, I spent years relying on passion more than preparation. I loved being in the woods, but I wasn't intentional about the work that happened before opening day. As I committed to training harder, scouting smarter, practicing consistently, and learning from every mistake, I became a better hunter.

More importantly, I became a better man.

That's why I created Hunting on Purpose.

This isn't just a place to talk about hunting. It's a community built on the belief that the lessons we learn in the outdoors are meant to shape every part of our lives. The discipline, resilience, humility, and preparation that lead to success in the field also make us better husbands, fathers, leaders, and friends.

I'm not here because I've mastered hunting. Every season still teaches me something new, and that's exactly the point. Hunting is a lifelong pursuit, and I'm committed to sharing what I'm learning along the way.

Whether it's western big game, whitetails, turkey, waterfowl, or small game, my goal is to help hunters prepare with intention, grow in their skills, and embrace the process, not just the outcome.
